I just added a new biking video clip to my fitover67 yottube channel. It’s a compilation of my winter biking and photography with Salsa Marrakesh bike shot during 2020 and 2021 winters in northern Colorado. In 2022 I am doing most of my biking with a new Trek Checkpoint SL6 gravel bike and 5 years old Salsa Mukluk fat bike.
Marrakesh from Salsa bikes is a ready-for-everything drop-bar touring bike. Its durable steel frame, stability under heavy loads, upright drop bar bike geometry, and thoughtful touring features make it a comfortable, capable long-hauler. It is a pretty heavy bike, so, for my short photo biking trips around Fort Collins it was probably overkill.
