Don’t Let Age Define You – Keep Pursuing Your Passions

At 68, I am still working full time as a photographer. Still pictures and video clips from my stock photography portfolio are available for downloading and licensing as royalty free images from Adobe Stock and other agencies. My portfolio includes nearly 30,000 media files.

I am creating a lot of inspirational and motivational images. As I am getting older my focus is shifting towards healthy lifestyle, aging and senior fitness. You are welcome to check this slideshow with my recent images.

  • Do not let age define you. Stay positive and keep persuing your passions. Message on a whiteboard held by a happy and confident senior man.

2 minutes of senior reflections – a new video on my Youtube channel. It includes footage from my recent trip from Colorado across Nebraska to Missouri for the Lamine River race. I was the only one on a stand up paddleboard. You can find more similar clips in fitness inspiration playlist.

Finally, a few books from my favorite authors: Peter Attia, David A. Sinclair, Mark Hyman, and Aaron Alexander. All four are well represented on Youtube. I especially recommend The Align Method – a lot of practical tips how to improve your posture, balance, physical strength and other aspects of your lifestyle. A little warning: the paperback version of that book has a very fine print which is not easy to read for seniors. I would rather order the digital version.
