Starting Rebounding with Bellicon Trampoline

First two weeks with my Bellicon trampoline … It’s an interesting experience, a very different, than, e.g., rope jumping.

My leg muscles are getting sore after just few minutes of rebounding. After a longer jumping session I am having some pains or rather discomfort in my lower back.

I think that compression tights may be a good idea here. Also, I am trying to do some other exercises to decompress my spine: stretching, yoga poses, pull ups or just hanging. But, the main point is to start slowly as with any new activity!

I moved my daily 10 minutes workout with Indian clubs to the trampoline: mostly standing with some bouncing, followed by 5 minutes of gentle jumping. That’s enough for me right now. I can do it every day. I hope that soon I will be able to think about more crazy workouts, high intensity intervals, etc.

Of course, I shot some pictures and video clips including drone footage in my backyard. Dragging this trampoline around is an extra weight training.
