Walking with weights around my backyard: slam balls, steel mace, steel clubs, kettlebell and more. I just added a new video to my Youtube channel.
I don’t really walk with 62 lb kettlebell unless I photograph that iron beast. But, I do walk and climb stairs with 10 lb steel mace and 1 or two 15 lb steel clubs. I think it’s a pretty good exercise for balance and grip. My lawn is pretty rough and a walking path goes around different obstacles and requires some ducking under trees.
Of course, I am playing with 15 and 30 lb slam balls in my backyard.
