Morning Rebounding on Trampoline with Indian Clubs

6 weeks with the Bellicon mini trampoline. I am rebounding for 20-25 minutes 5 or 6 times per weeks. My typical workout looks like this:

  • 10-12 minutes: exercising with 2 lb Indian clubs
  • 5 minutes: playing with 8 lb slam ball
  • 5-6 minutes: actual jumping
  • 1 minute: hanging to decompress my spine
  • usually, some backyard or garden work as cooling down

I am still a beginner, so it is a rather low intensity workout. Compression pants help. In the morning or evening I rebounding on my deck with a nice view of my backyard. In the middle of say I am carrying the trampoline, Indian clubs and a slam ball to the shadow of maple tree, so there is some extra workout.
