Do you ever feel like you’re constantly on the go and never have time to relax? As I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized the importance of rest and recovery in my fitness journey. It includes relaxation time spent with with a variety of sound making devices: a shaman drum, steel tongue drums, Tibetan singing bowls and Tingsha cymbals. I am not trying to create any music and playing just for fun, relaxation, and perhaps, sound healing, without following any traditional Buddhism practices.
